The freight charge within New Zealand is inclusive of GST and is determined by weight, size and destination. Freight is charged on international orders based on weight, size and the destination country.

We will endeavour to turn around customers' orders within 2 working days. Exact delivery dates will depend on delivery method and destination.

Returns & Replacements

By purchasing products from www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will be applied.

Limitation of Liability:
The purchaser shall indemnify www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz against any loss of or damage to property or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered. www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz shall not be liable to the purchaser for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services, even if www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz has been advised of their possibility. In no case shall the maximum liability exceed the cost of the original order.

Refunds:
All products are supplied on a firm sale basis. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz management.

Address Details:
If a product is found to have been addressed incorrectly by www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz then www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz will take responsibility for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the purchaser is found to have provided an incorrect or insufficient address, then www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz will not refund or resend the product and all responsibilty for correcting delivery will be borne by the purchaser.

Payment:
Provision is made on the site for payment of products by Credit Card via PayPal Website Payments Standard or by direct credit via internet banking.

Pricing:
All products are displayed on the site at current Recommended Retail Price unless a discount or special offer is in place. All prices are subject to change without notice, are stated in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Please note that wherever discounts are applied the discount applies to the net value of the product (ie: price exclusive of GST). 

Delivery:
www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz will endeavour to turn around purchasers' orders within 2 working days. Actual delivery times will depend on delivery method and destination. www.TheBestLittleBookStore.nz will not take responsibility for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
